1. What are the differences between a big company and a *all company?

There are quite a few differences between big companies and *all companies. Big companies often dominate the market and offer lots of products. They can also often be transnationally or even internationally based. In contrast, *all companies are often *all, family owned businesses that offer local products and services. Personally, I like *all companies because I feel they offer a more personal service and have closer attention to detail in their practices.

2. Are there any big companies in your hometown?

I grew up in Beijing, so there are many big companies in my hometown. One that comes to mind is China Mobile which is the state-owned telecommunications company that provides China with its mobile phone service. It is in fact the biggest telecommunications company in the world, so it is a very large company. They employ a lot of people in Beijing and offer a very great service to our country. But that is just one of the many big companies in my hometown.

3. What are the advantages of working in a big company?

The main advantages of working in a big company is security and decent salary. Firstly, big companies are normally well established and unlikely to go bankrupt. Thus, there is very high job security. Secondly, big companies normally generate big profits which mean people employed there are paid more than people employed in *all companies. Overall, this makes working fbr a big company a much more attractive prospect than working for a *all one.

4. Is it difficult to get a promotion in a large company?

A big disadvantage to working for a large company is that it can be very difficult to get a promotion. The reason for this is because in large companies there are so many employees all attempting to progress and earn promotions. Therefore, you have to work a lot harder to stand out from the crowd. In *aller companies, it is easier to work on your relations with your boss and earn promotions. In large companies it often seems to be a matter of luck.
