1. Which do you prefer, family firms or non-family ones?

I personally prefer family firms to non-family ones. For me, there is something very positive about a company that was created and is owned by a family. When a company is family owned you know that the owners care a lot about the products or services that they offer, so for me I feel I can trust them more. When people do something with their family, they normally work harder and put more love into it. So, I prefer family firms to non-family ones.

2. What are important factors in making a company successful?

To make a company successful a person must consider, the usefulness of their product, marketing and money management. These are the most important factors in making a company successful. For example, Red Bull produces a fantastic product that is in high demand among both students and athletes. Furthermore, they put on loads of sports competitions each year which is effective marketing. And they are very sensible with money management. These are the most important factors to a successful business.

3. What kinds of qualities should a successful busines*an have?

A successful busines*an should be honest, hardworking and cautious. The world of business is a very complicated place and it is easy to become overwhelmed and misled. Therefore, a successful busines*an must be cautious but also be honest and have integrity （正直）.These qualities, alongside a good work ethic （道德规范）,will make any busines*an very successful. Without these qualities a person can become confused, misled （误入歧途）and despondent （苦恼的）.

4. What emerging industries do you know?

A currently emerging industry that I have taken an interest in at the moment is healthy energy drinks. Energy drinks makes hundreds of thousands of dollars a year but nowadays people are becoming very health conscious. People do not want to drink high sugar drinks which most energy drinks are. Therefore, there is a healthy market emerging around alternative （替代）low sugar energy drink products. I believe this is a market that is really going to thrive （茁壮成长）in the coming years.
