1. What skills are important for the successful of business?

Some of the most important skills for creating a successful business are the skills of negotiating （谈判）and money management. For example, the success of many businesses depends on how well they can create positive trade deals with other businesses, and this requires good negotiating. However, negotiating is not very useful if the business does not have good money management skills and spends wisely. Therefore, negotiating and money management are the key skills to any successful business.

1. What is the different between required skills in the past and those at present?

I think the skill that is needed in the modem world is vastly different to what was required in the past. Nowadays we are living in a technological age and to be successful a person needs to know how to market themselves digitally and network effectively. These are very specialized skills and I believe that in the past people had much more general skills. In the past, people learned practical and pragmatic （务实的） skills, but these are not so useful today.

3. What kinds of skills should successful people have?

If people want to be successful then they need to be committed （鉴定的）,persistent and hard working. The world is a highly competitive place and it can be difficult to get ahead, therefore, it is crucial （残酷的）that a successful person never gives up, always works hard and will keep working until the job is done. These skills are the foundation of any successful person and people will not achieve very much in life without them.

4. Do you think teamwork and communication skills are important? Why?

I think teamwork and communication skills are highly important as they are the basis of any effective working team. Every day, people have to work and communicate with other people, therefore it is important that this is done well and effectively. If people have poor teamwork and communication skills, then they will not be productive. This means that we function worse as a group, and also as a society. Therefore, team work and communication skills are incredibly important.
