1. What kind of job do young people prefer?

I believe that most young people prefer a job that is in the entertainment industry. Most young people grow up watching their favourite movie stars and singers and wanting to be like them when they grow up. So, when they are older, they decide they want to become actors and musicians or at least work in the entertainment industry. It is fun work, and sometimes it pays well, but it is a very risky industry to work in.

2. Which do you prefer, physical work or mental work?

Personally, I prefer mental work than physical work. I find it stimulating （*的）and exciting when I have a task or problem that requires me to think hard and come up with a solution. I find mental work to be very rewarding and it fills me with good emotions. In contrast, I find physical work tiring and I am not very good at it. To be honest, I try to avoid as much physical work as I can!

3. What factors should people take into consideration when choosing jobs?

There are many factors people should take into consideration when choosing their jobs but the most important are job satisfaction and job stability. For one, people should think about how they will feel doing the job. If they do not find the job satisfying, then they will probably become upset and want to quit after a while. Secondly, it is important to find a job that is stable, in the modem world a lot of jobs are insecure so this is something we must consider.

4. Do people nowadays like to leave their hometown to work in other cities? Why?

Nowadays, it is becoming more and more common for people to leave their hometown to work in other cities. I believe the reason this is happening is because of job availability and salary rates. Cities are always growing and becoming more successful, this means that there are more jobs available and more jobs which pay better. Therefore, it is in the best interests of most people to move to the city for work. There are just not enough good jobs in people’s hometowns.
