1. What kinds of products do young people think are useful but old people may not?

One of the most popular products for young people at the moment are wireless headphones, but some old people do not think these are very useful. Young people use their phones constantly and find wireless headphones a very convenient way to listen to things from their phone. In contrast, older people do not use their phones as much so do not see the point in spending a lot of money on wireless headphones.

2. Do you think product instructions are useful for users to use products better?

Product instructions are definitely useful for users to use products better. In the modem world, there are new and complicated products being designed all the time which are sometimes very difficult to use. Therefore, it is very important that there are user manuals to guide people in how to use a product properly. Otherwise, a lot of people would become very confused and angry with every new product that is released （新发布 的）.

3. What do you usually do if you don’t know how to use the things you have bought?

If I do not know how to use something which I have bought I will probably attempt to find some instructions on the product. Often, items are sold with user manuals （手册）which teach the user how to use the product, but this is not always the case, therefore, sometimes I will search the internet for tutorials on how to use a product. If I cannot find any answers online, I will then ask my family and friends and see if there is anyone who can help me.

4. Do you think it is necessary to produce many new products nowadays?

There are constantly new innovations and ideas in the world so it will always be necessary to create new products. The world is a rapidly changing place and the needs of tomorrow are often quite different to the needs of today, therefore the products we need are constantly changing. Furthermore, there are some products today which are good, but which could definitely be improved, such as public transport. Thus, I think it will always be necessary to produce new products.
