1. Which do you think is more important; individual development or team’s goals?

I think it is far more important to focus on team goals than on one’s individual development. If you are working in a team then there is normally a specific goal or conclusion that you are working towards. Therefore, working as a team will be the best and quickest way to achieve this goal, which is the most important thing. Often, focusing on one’s individual development can distract a person away from （分散注意力）the task at hand.

2. Do you think it is good thing to have disagreements within a team?

I think it is definitely a good thing to have disagreements within a team. The point of working together as a team is to create the best solutions out of multiple people’s ideas. Therefore, disagreeing with each other is a good way to figure out what the best idea is. Disagreeing allows a team to test out their ideas and see the strengths and benefits of each one. Teamwork needs both disagreements and arguments to be effective.

3. Do you think it is good for kids to join a team?

I think it is definitely good for kids to join a team early in life. Teamwork is a crucial （至关重要的）life skill and an important one to learn at a young age. Teamwork is very important within business and the workplace so everyone should learn it. Also, joining a team as a kid lets you learn from your mistakes as a child instead of later in life as an *.

4. How can a person become a good member of a team in the workplace?

The best way for a person to become a good member of a team within the workplace is to improve your listening and communication skills, leamwork is all about communication with the other people that you are working with, and this also means listening to them properly. Teamwork only works if we are able to understand each other’s ideas and opinions, therefore communication skills are crucial to teamwork.
