1. What is the difference between face to face conversation and phone conversation?

The biggest difference between face to face conversations and phone conversations is that the former is heavily affected by body language while the latter is all verbal. When we talk face to face we often understand how the other person feels based on their facial expressions and their body language more than what they are saying. In contrast to this, phone conversations only use verbal communication which means that we often misunderstand each other or misconstrue messages because we do not understand the emotions behind them.

2. Which one do you prefer, face to face conversation or phone conversation?

I prefer face to face conversations to phone conversations because they feel more personal and intimate. When you talk to someone face to face you can really gauge how a person feels and talk closely to them. These conversations are normally more special and important than the one^%have on the phone. Phone conversations often feel rushed and very impersonal which I do not like very much.

3. Are there any disadvantages of face to face conversation?

The only disadvantages I can think of to face to face conversation would be logistical be logistical issues. Obviously, to have a face to face conversation you and the person you are speaking to must be in the same place. Occasionally, this is not always possible for a whole myriad of reasons. Therefore, one of the great advantages of phone conversations is that they can occur anywhere at any time. Face to face conversations are at a disadvantage in this respect.
