1. Should students learn many subjects or learn a few subjects but learn them deeply?
I think students should learn lots of different subjects. There are definitely benefits to learning only a few subjects. But students should be exposed to207 a variety of things first. That way, they can discover what they’re really interested in. They might not know about their true passions208 until they’re taught about it. That discovery may never happen if they only study a few subjects.

2. What are the influences of teachers’ course design and teaching methods on students?
Well, teachers are very important to students. They can impact what students will like to study. If a teacher has a very boring course design for history, students might not care about it. Similarly209, if their teaching methods are boring, students will find it hard to be interested. But if a teacher can teach in an interesting way, students may like the subject more. So teachers have to balance course design and teaching methods. That way they can make every subject appealing.

3. Should school classes be interesting? Do interesting classes help students to learn better?
Yes, I think classes should be interesting. Classes should definitely be educational. But it helps if they’re210 interesting as well. That way, students are more likely to be attentive. It also means that they’ll study better and have better grades. I don’t think anyone wants to have a boring class. It’s better to be in a class that’s both educational and interesting.

4. How can teachers make math class more interesting?
Well, I’ve never liked math that much. But a good way to make math classes more interesting is using real-life examples. That way, students can understand math theories better. For example, a math teacher taught my class about percentages. She made it interesting by talking about sales. You know, if something has a thirty percent discount, I can figure the price out211 at once because of her class. That skill has been very helpful.

5. Do you think the internet is an important source of information?
I believe the internet is a good source of information. There are lots of interesting articles about a variety of topics. From news to pop culture, you can access up-to-date information212 on the internet.It’s really amazing. However, there’s a lot of fake information213 on the internet. You have to be careful about which sites you trust. Otherwise you might get wrong information.

6. What subjects are more practical to learn nowadays?
It seems to me that it’s practical to learn subjects in the sciences. Some good examples are physics,biology, and chemistry. Those subjects can be applied to lots of different jobs. For example, if you want to be a doctor to heal people214, you have to be good at biology and chemistry so you can enter medical school. Computer science and programming are also really practical. We use computers to work and study every day. I believe no matter what you do in the future, knowing how to code will be a great advantage at work215.
