1. What are the factors of being successful?
Well, firstly, you have to be really motivated. You might face challenges, but you have to keep going with your plan156. People who aren’t motivated might give up when things get hard. Other than that157, you should also be confident and good at communicating. People who are good at communication can convince others easily158. In that way, they’re more likely to be successful.

2. Do you think a university degree would guarantee one’s success in a career?
No, I don’t think so. Nowadays, people find success in lots of different ways. A university degree can help you for sure159. But it’s not the only way to be successful. Lots of people don’t get university degrees. But they’re still good at what they do. They can even have an awesome career.As we all know,lots of famous entrepreneurs, like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, were college dropouts160.

3. How would you define a student’s success?
Well, every student is really different. But students are usually successful when they know a subject well. It also helps when they can use skills from that class in real life161. They can be successful by using what they’ve learned to get a job. That way, they are able to do their best in the real world. I think that’s how students would define their success.

4. How can you be successful at work? How can you be successful at your company?
I believe you need to be driven and responsible. You also have to have a clear goal and work hard to achieve it. As far as I know, most bosses like employees who show those qualities, so they are more likely to be promoted faster than others. Besides, you should also be passionate about your job. After all, if you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life. Caring about your job can help you be better at it.

5. How should successful students be rewarded?
I suppose they should be rewarded with praise from their teachers. Feedback is good, but it’s even better if it’s positive162. Teachers can build the students up163. That way, they feel good about their work. Plus, awards are also a good way to motivate students. That’s a way of recognizing their efforts164,so students can feel more confident and have more passion to study hard.
