You are relocating to a new city. Write a letter to an agent to arrange a house for you and your family.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to inquire about a temporary accommodation available in Maharagama as I have received a transfer in my work place for two years and I will be moving to Maharagama with my family by the week of July.

Let me explain in detail. Basically, I will be looking for a place near schools as I have two children aged 10 and 8 which I find easy for them. Moreover, a place which has a quick access to transportation would be an added advantage since all of our family members do a lot of travelling. Furthermore, two storey house with vehicle parking would be more convenient for us. Last but no least, a house situated in a friendly and calm neighborhood would be ideal for my school children.

I would be very much appreciated if you could find us a suitable place with the aforementioned particulars.
