2021-06-03: Task 1
You are moving with your family to a new city. Write a letter to a housing agent in that city about accommodation.
In your letter, you should:

explain why and when you are moving.

describe where you want to live

state the type of accommodation you require.

Dear Mr.Sharma,

I am writing this letter to inquire about housing accommodation in Mumbai. I will be arriving in Mumbai on 5th April, our flight will land at around 6:00 clock in evening. The reason for this shift is because I have been offered a new job at Powai and would like to have a house nearby.

My office location is at corporate centre therefore I would like to live at a maximum distance of 10Km so that my daily commute will not be time consuming. Also a colleague of mine has suggested “garden valley” society which is quite near to my workplace. It has all the amenities like shopping mall,school and park built within the society so we don’t have to go far for daily needs.

My family including me consists of 4 members , my wife and two children. The house I am looking for should be 3bhk with a large dining hall and probably balcony in at least two rooms. Along with this a furnished house is also mandate as I am not bringing my household items and would like to buy new items over there. My parents regularly visit so if possible please try to get an apartment on 1st or 2nd floor so in case of lift failure there should not be any discomfort at my end.
