很多当今的紧急问题只能通过国际合作解决。在多大程度上同意或者不同意？

2，思路解析

这是一道观点类大作文，聊的是国际合作解决紧急问题的方式。审题时需要注意绝对词“only”，一般遇到绝对化表达从反对角度切入会更好。下面，小编和大家一起来看下具体观点。

首先来看通过国际合作解决的合理性，许多紧迫问题是世界性范围的，单靠某一国的能力并没有办法独立解决，比如说全球气候变暖，因此只有展开国际合作共同努力才有望解决相应问题。于此同时，一些问题可能涉及多方的利益，解决问题需要满足各方的实际诉求，因此需要相应国家共同协商达成共识后，才能有效解决问题。

然后来看不能只通过国际合作解决的原因，有两方面。

一方面有的问题完全某个独立国家的内部事务，出于尊重独立*的考虑，其他国家并不应该介入其中，特别是当当事国并未寻求帮助时。

另一方面一些突发问题可能需要立刻应对以降低损失。国际合作需要前期漫长的沟通和准备工作，完全指望国际合作来解决问题，很有可能导致错过最佳的处理窗口期，比如自然灾害发生后72小时黄金救援时间。因此，在一些问题上应该优先考虑自主解决。

Many crises that have reached the international scale in recent decades have been dealt with strategically through global cooperation;therefore,some may argue that only through the cooperation of different nations can these problems be properly resolved.From a personal standpoint,I have certain reservations about this concept.

First,relying excessively on global collaboration to address all problems might result in procrastination and indifference,which is to say that if a country can solve a problem in a timely manner,it can alleviate the global crisis to some extent.In response to the original large-scale outbreak of coronavirus in China,for instance,the Chinese government rapidly created its own medicine to combat the virus,and Chinese citizens also wore masks and quarantined themselves at home,which notably slowed the virus's global spread.In the meantime,this provided adequate experience and resources for future treatment and preventative measures against the virus in other nations.In contrast,if China,one of the most densely populated countries in the world,waited for the cooperation and assistance of other nations after the virus broke out,we cannot picture the devastation that would follow.

Idealistically,when a global crisis occurs,effective international collaboration and mutual assistance would make it simpler to resolve the issue.As an illustration,numerous nations came together to combat the 2021 Ebola virus outbreak in Africa,which ultimately led to a major decrease in fatalities.However,when a crisis first erupts in one country or when there are conflicting national interests in international collaboration,it is more effective for a single nation to initially focus on resolving its own challenges.

In conclusion,despite the background of globalization,all nations have become independent of one another,and many situations,particularly those that are urgent,demand domestic resolution and action prior to waiting for global cooperation.
