2021年11月10日雅思大作文题目Nowadays, many employers think that social skills are as important as good qualifications for employing people. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

03、Soft skills, on the other hand, are emotional abilities that are useful for an individual to stand out among other job applicants. While hard skills can be learned through proper training, soft skills are harder to develop. And this partly explains why soft skills are extremely valuable these days. Indeed, such emotional traits are so valuable that almost every employer looks for job candidates who are skilled in identifying emotions, using emotions, and regulating emotions. With good soft skills, one is able to connect emotionally with his/her co-workers, clients and superiors as one will look and feel more comfortable and therefore more confident and efficient in job situations.
