She knows I like working out and playing basketball so she invited me and my friends to check out the new place. The place is in downtown and fairly easy to get to. It has a great fitness facility, large personal training space, and a full size basketball court. But we were told not to play basketball before five pm because there are offices under the gym so I thought that is quite funny. When I was there, a personal trainer did a free physical asses*ent and scanned my body-fat percentage which turned out to be only 15 percent. The staffs there are quite friendly and helpful but I think the membership is a little pricey. But I understand because it is new and in a prime location. Another attraction of the gym is that supposedly many Chinese celebrities go there during the weekend to work out and sometimes they attract paparazzi but I am not really interested in that. I just want to work out play basketball and go home. The best part of this gym is that guests and members can take part in clinic treatments and gain valuable nutrition advice from their on-site dietitians because they understand how important it is to have a healthy diet in order to have a healthy body and mind.
