　　有哪些常用的理由 　　offer *. food for thoughts / emotional nourishment 　　提供精神食粮 / 提供情感滋养

　　provide *. with a sense of well-being / achievement / belonging / honor / satisfaction / frustration / humiliation 　　带来幸福感/成就感/归属感/荣誉感/满足感/挫败感/羞辱感

　　make friends / enlarge social circle / improve interpersonal skill / collaborate with each other better 　　交朋友/扩大朋友圈/提高社交能力/与他人更好合作

　　accumulate social experience / gain first-hand resources or experience or knowledge 　　积累社会经验 / 增加亲身经历、资源或者知识

　　improve one's communication / problem-solving skills 　　提高某人的沟通/解决问题的能力

　　useful for my study / have a positive or negative impact on one’s academic performance 　　对我的学习有帮助 /对某人的成绩产生积极或消极的影响

　　理由如何高效运用 　　理由并不是模板，而是为大家提供一种答题思路，让同学们在积累语料的同时，培养自己的语言逻辑和答题思路。

　　雅思的答题模式为：直接回答观点 ➢ 描述细节，但在思考题目时我们则可以用逆向思维反推，首先根据话题挑选出合适的理由，再根据理由锁定恰当的观点，最后再填上细节，具体步骤如下： 　　Step1: 选理由 　　Step2: 配观点 　　Step3: 填细节 　　接下来让我们来练习一下，以9-12月题库中的『不用工作或者学习的一天』为例： 　　Describe a time you enjoyed a free day off work or school, you should say: 　　Where you were; 　　What you did; 　　Who you were with; 　　And how you felt about it.

　　选理由 　　选择理由时要对应题目中的问题：你觉得这一天感觉怎么样？确认主题后，我们再可供选择的理由中选出与题目匹配度更高的几项： 　　a. offer * emotional nourishment 　　b. provide * with a sense of achievement 　　c. make friends 　　d. gain one's skill... 　

　　配观点 　　大家可以根据经历选择合适的理由来匹配观点和事件，去图书馆读书可以提供精神食粮和增长技能，参加聚会可以认识新朋友，本文以社区服务为例。 　

　　填细节 　　e.g. Personally, I am quite fond of the experience of being a volunteer in our community service. 　　Firstly, it provided me with a sense of achievement(opinion). The feeling that I was able to help somebody or my action had a positive impact on somebody’s life satisfied myself(details). 　　Meanwhile, through talking with those people or solving problems for them, I could improve my communication as well as problem-solving skills (opinion)which I believe would be useful for my work(details).
