Ken studied Spanish and was going to Spain for a one-year exchange study, so all his friends planned to throw a farewell party for him. As Ken was leaving in April, we threw him this party in March. (时间)Most of the participants were his clas*ates who studied Spainish as well, others were friends that he knew from other departments, just like me.(谁来参加) We gathered at Ken's apartment, where all kinds of snacks, beverages, and a nice big cake were ready. We played some soft pop music and take turns to say how we felt towards Ken. It was quite sentimental at first, but later when the music was shifted to some more lively and hot ones. We were cheered up and began dancing togther.(做了什么) We all prepared gifts for Ken too. Some were hand-made cards with some wishes on it, some were useful daily appliances that Ken could use in Spain and some were Spanish word books and dictionaries!
