　　Talking about an interesting place, the first come into my mind is the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, which is absolutely the landmark of Shanghai.

　　It was built in a modern style and completed in 1990s. Locating in Pudong District aside by the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl facing the Bund and the historical buildings remain from the era of concession. This brings out a striking feeling of comparison, each side represents a face of Shanghai. People naturally regard the Oriental Pearl as the symbol of modern Shanghai and China.
