　　口语两个最重要的原则：就是持久的习惯和重视基础发音的问题。同学喜欢的不是我口语的流畅或者速度，而是喜欢我的发音，从扩音器里听着，似乎就是磁带的感觉英语口语好听与否实在和英语水平不见得很有关系，英语口语在生活里，也不一定要很好听，起码要可以沟通。

　　今天起来，把要背的拉丁文抄在小黑板上，读了10次左右，回到书桌前用刀把纸裁开，磨墨写了8张行楷，跑了800米左右，打开电脑，看见滴答编辑要我写口语题目的信，还有这么一封学生来信：

　　同学读到这里，肯定怪我罗唆自大臭美，说这么久还没有进入主题，其实这里已经告诉各位同学学口语两个最重要的原则：就是持久的习惯和重视基础发音的问题。这个同学喜欢的不是我口语的流畅或者速度，而是喜欢我的发音，从扩音器里听着，似乎就是磁带的感觉，(当然也有人说我不是颅腔共振，而是颅腔，胸腔和盆腔一起振)，英语口语好听与否实在和英语水平不见得很有关系，英语口语在生活里，也不一定要很好听，起码要可以沟通。新东方不少考试类老师的口语不敢恭维，尽管他们的考试成绩很多都是全球最高分;以前有一位我的老师，是英国的双料博士，博导，但是那口英语确实还是乡下的土英语。

　　下面讲讲一些最常见的办法，但是一定要坚持。

　　1、入门级

　　发音要到位。音标其实是不准确的，准确的表音法没法被其它民族的人看懂。这个道理很容易理解，比如，我们说普通话的人都知道，尽管标yi的词很多，但是譬如：“以”、“意”，是不同的，在于前者有鼻音，后者没有，汉语没办法标注出来。英语本身也有类似的情况，所以最简单就是去模仿光盘或者磁带。不要多，但是务求每天都练，每天都继续。

　　还有一个就是口型和舌位的问题，舌位至关重要，英文的母语就叫做mother tongue，其实道理就在这里。卷舌音比较不好发，那么就要多练，千万不要灰心，这一点潮汕人，闽南人和湖南人很明显。北方同学的通病是词尾辅音容易读得太重，其实没必要太注意每个音节都要到位。汉语最大的问题就是每个词重读，使得我们也容易这样去读英语。

　　2、初级

　　注意语调和重音，语调可以表达很多感情和意义。词汇本身表达的意思只占到30%，70%的意义通过语调和重音以及表情和姿势表达。

　我认识一位广东台的编导，在中大附近有个咖啡屋，咖啡做得很好，我经常约朋友去那里小聚，也经常有圈内的人相聚。这位老板娘英语很一般，但是确走遍了50个国家，还不是跟团，而是自己走，居然还和法国人用都很蹩脚的英语谈过恋爱，看来主要是她学会语调和表情以及拥有美丽的脸蛋。但长相如我者，就必须努力练习英语，以补缺憾，哈哈。

　　升调表示不确定，客气还有话未说完;降调表示确定和不太客气;还有平调就是表示迟疑和思考。

　　3、高级

　　这个级别主要是练习流畅的说一段话。

　　训练的办法可以分主题准备内容然后进行讨论，也可以准备100个题目，抓到题目马上拿起来演讲，连续说1分钟，不要停止。也可以拿起一本不熟悉的书，马上进行朗读，并且试图边朗读边理解书的内容。速度可以逐渐加快。最后就是找个老外和他讨论问题乃至最后可以很容易的几个词把他挑逗的哈哈大笑。
