1.商务建议

受当事人委托，代表其进行贸易活动，并从中收取佣金，规定有专营权的代理协议，即为独家代理协议( sole agency)。请求作代理时，可说We are very much interested in acting as your sole agent．（我们对做贵方独家代理很感兴趣）。
