二、留学申请书写作要注意的

1、申请表须逐张用钢笔填写，字迹要端正、清楚，不得潦草、涂改。

2、在一式四份的申请表中的一张贴上本人二寸黑白免冠照片，照片须剪成方框的大小。

3、申请者的姓名、出生地和出生年月日须和歼则户口簿相符，不得任意更改。“姓名”必须是正名，不得使用别名。

4、出生地和籍贯要写明具体的省（市）和县，如果出生在国外，则要写明国家名称。

5、“婚姻状况”：须填写已婚、未婚、离婚、丧偶。如申请人为离婚，则须出示离婚证明，由工作人员核实后复印存档。自行复印无效。

6、“政治面目”：填写党、团员、*党派或群众。

7、“工作单位”：填写自己目前所在单位（包括正在读书的学校）、退休、退职（离休）或退学。

8、“本人简历”：填写申请人从小学开始的主要学历和经历，要有起迄时间，单位名称及个人职务。

9、“出境前往”：要填写前往国家或地区名称。

10、“双程/单程”：探亲、留学、工作等一般均为双程。单程是指出国定居。

11、“在境外期间的经济担保和经济担保人情况”一栏：须填写·担保人情况，包括担保人姓名、年龄、国籍（籍贯），与申请者的关系；探亲、旅游定居须填写被探访人情况，包括被探访人姓名、年龄、国籍（籍贯）、与申请者的关系、何时何原因出国等。

12、“偕氏斗棚行不满16岁儿童”：大人和儿童办一本护照的，须填写偕行儿童情况；大人和儿童分别办理护照的则不需填写。

13、申请表反面的“国内外主要亲友”栏：须填写国外、国内亲友情况。国外亲属一定要写清楚国外的地址（可用中文或英文填写）。

三、留学英国其他材料

1、成绩单（Transcript）

由学校教务处开据的，并由学校教务处盖章。

2、学历证明：毕业证/ 学位证/ 在读证明（Graduation / Study Certificate）

如果已经毕业，请提供毕业证和学位证

如果还在读，须提供在读证明，加学校的章。最好也是封入信封由学校在封口盖章。

3、推荐信（Reference / Letter of Recommendation）

一般两封推荐信就够了，最好是自己的任课老师，以推荐学术能力为主；班主任也可以出一封，以推荐人品性格为主。如果有过工作经验，工作单位提供的是很有用的，因为英国人很注重工作经历。有时推荐人需要申请人自己学完后，推荐人直接给签名/盖章一下就好了。一定要在推荐信里提供正确的推荐人工作单位的联系*，邮箱，职务和地址，很多情况下，推荐人会把推荐信封入信封，并在封口处签名。

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies， economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England.

The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’慎扮迹s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations.
