第二段：主考官抽出一张题卡，卡上写明某话题，考生有一分钟准备时间，之后须根据要求对该话题进行2分钟个人观点阐述（约3-4分钟，包括1分钟准备时间）。

第三段：考官就第二部分所提及的话题与考生进行更深入的双向讨论，或者考官就其他话题与考生进行双向讨论。此阶段讨论内容灵活各异，视情况而定（约4-5分钟）。
