大学生的假期说长不长，说短不短，好好利用起来的话，真的可以做很多有意义的事。

作为一个大三老学姐，之前荒废了一个假期的我回到学校，直接被宿舍的小伙伴们卷死，所以我痛改前非，在今后的寒假和暑假都去做了自己感觉很有意义的事情，几个假期下来感觉收获颇多。

首先是生活方面

1、健身

假期真的很容易长胖，但也很容易减肥，作为吃一点就肥的我，在家胡吃 海塞 的同时，没事干随便把肉肉减掉。不然到开学我真的会肥上10斤以上，那可是我以前惨痛的教训。

健身教程可以去b站找，里面有很多，根据自己的情况选择就好，这样开学回校大家都长肉肉，而你却掉肉肉，卷死她们哈哈哈。

2、启搏*

为了开学能有钱***，利用假期*是一个非常棒的选择，因为是为了钱而*，所以纤旁物推荐的都是体力劳动，因为体力劳动挣得多（当然，如果你有一技之长的话选择脑力劳动更好），比如去优衣库、 宜家 、zara、无印等*，时薪在18-20左右，有点辛苦，但比进电子厂轻松，虽然进厂挣得多，但是我去过一次之后就再也不想去了，很痛苦。

3、旅行

这是我每个假期最期待的事情了，可以跟家人、朋友见识一下祖国的大好河山，可以吸收不同的文化，丰富自己的视野，提升自己的格局。

19年的暑假我打完工，在开学前跟一个朋友去珠海看了 林俊杰 的演唱会，那是我一辈子都忘不掉的事情。不过旅行前提条件是有钱钱，而且现在疫情还是蛮毁液严重的，还是不要到处乱跑了。

其次是个人提升方面

1、学习英语

这个真的很重要，因为在大学期间是要考四六级的，别到时裸考不过求神拜佛痛哭流涕（坎井儿一生之痛）。

2、报班

看你的兴趣爱好，喜欢什么就是报，例如舞蹈，吉他，跆拳道，画画、摄影等，喜欢什么就去干，以你突出的能力，说不定能还能收获甜甜的恋爱呢。

当然，如果你说这些自学也是可以的，但前提是你有很强大的 意志力 和自控力。

3、形象改变

女生嘛，爱美是天性，可以利用假期学学穿搭、化妆，可以提升个人气质，让自己变得更美，而且在家里无论你怎么造别人也看不见，他们只会看见你开学后光彩夺目的一面。

4、读书看剧

可以多读书，各种各样的书，乱七八糟的书，可以看电影、纪录片，多看看总是没有错的。

最后是社会体验

1、志愿者

我假期做过最多的志愿活动就是小区测量体温了，哈哈哈很有意思，可以听保安大叔和小区大妈们讲的各种各样的八卦。可以锻炼你的社交能力，让你从社恐进阶成社牛。

最有意思的一次志愿活动就是做群演啦！

2、实习

也可以利用假期去找一个专业相关的实习，结合我自身的经验，可以明确的在此回答，大学生实习越早越好。根据大学生遍地走的就业环境，你所拥有好的实习经历，可以领先一大部分人。

因为是实习，最看重的方面是学习，所以工资可能会没有，毕竟鱼和 熊掌 不能兼得嘛。

身体是革命的本钱，拥有了健康的身体才能更好的完成各种事情。所以，在大学生活中，要坚持体育锻炼，使自己有一个好的身体。其实这种锻炼可以作为一种兴趣爱好去培养，不要当成一种负担。锻炼的方式有很多，比如跑步、打羽毛球、打篮球等等。
3、扩大交际圈
