按照你描述的情况应该是不难，只要每天坚持积累、学习做察，执行力强。

虽然四六级跟雅思考试不能直接对照，尽管考试内容、形式和目的都不相同导致这之间的实际可比性没多少 。但好的方面是，四六级或者更难的专四对单词量和语法的要求，是高于雅思6分的！没有那么多难词大词，雅思一样也可以得高分。

• 时间规划

• 认真备考，具体的daily routine贴在上面供大家参考～大块时间之间都会留有半小时作为机动，这样就算前面出现延误，也不会影响接下来的安排。否则如果计划经常被打乱，就会给自己一个特别消极的信号，认为自己是坚持不下来的，可能过不了多久就放弃啦～

• 每日单词与素材积累

一、每天背60个单词，其中至少40个是前面背过的，可以用单词书也可以用*APP，20分钟。

二、每天学习一个语法知识，哪怕是你学过的。比如今天学虚拟语气，明天学The的具体用法，后天学易错完成时的动词变化，这对于减少你口语和作文的错误至关重要，10分钟。

三、积累作文分话题素材，比如后面会提到的作文准备中我列举的旅行类句型、短语、固定搭配，10分钟。

【四科学习建议】

• 如果下面这些能够完成度比较好，那么6-6.5分基本上是没什么问题。

1. 听力

你可以把重点放在section1、2，保证这两个部分错在一个到两个之间。尤其是第一个部分，一般比较简单，内容变化也比较少，一般就是在不同场景下询问个人信息，你需要对不同个人信息，比如姓名、日期、街道、交通等容易出现在这部分信息做出总结。

平时听完听力后，精听你当时没听懂的部分。如果是句子太长，你就多分析句子的停顿和语法，如果是因为连读问题，就看他是怎么连读的，我微博也有关于连读的规则，如果只是单纯的单词和同意替换没听出来，那就背单词多总结同意替换。

2.阅读

先做到读懂文章大意，重在积累单词。积累阅读高频词、题干和题目蠢胡悉对应原文中的生词一定是要记住的！！带乎！在能大概理解原文意思的情况下，可以加强自己的定位能力和寻找同意替换的能力。同意替换要多积累，定位词一般是特殊符号、数字、大写、人名、地名、不容易替换的名词的等。同样的，你可以先对题型熟悉一下，看看自己对那种题型比较擅长，先掌握这种题型，然后根据难易程度慢慢突破不同的题型。

3.口语

可以先把重点放在part1、2。你可以看看每天给自己安排几个小时合适，可以把主要话题都练一遍,可以下载哥的雅思哥app，上面有所有话题卡，也可以录音上传跟别的烤鸭交流。

练的时候，注意几点:

一个是你的流利度，不要反复重复，自我纠正，平时练习时有这个习惯，考试只会更加不流畅;

二是注意你的语法，不要有语法错误，比如说单复数，主谓不一致，he和she这么简单的错误。对于在你范围能力之内的各种从句可以适当多用，同一个单词也要注意有替换，前提是你能保证对的情况下。

三是，对于你是在没话说不熟悉的话题，可以先准备素材，然后多练几遍，就算不保证脱稿，也要保证能在只看着素材稿中几个提示词的情况下说出来。口语就是一定张嘴练习，你练得多了，就不会怕开口说了，多练part1和part2对于part3也是有帮助作用的。

4.作文

作文来说的话，如果你目前觉得大作文比较难攻克的的话，可以先从小作文来说，毕竟小作文模式固定，需要的单词量、句型来说都比较少，比较需要你下功夫的就是对于数据特征的总结归纳和对比，你可以多看范文进行学习。小作文有一个大的提高，总分也会提高。但是大作文，0.5-1分的差距可能就是少了几个语法错误，多了几个从句。
