这两天各校保研成绩出炉， 朋友圈 看到了很多同学晒的“待录取通知”，憋了三年多的低调，学霸终于可以肆意地狂欢一下。很为他们高兴，三年的努力，提前拿到理想专业的入场券，获得了一份阶段性的确定性，赢得大半年的轻松时间。那么如果你也想要保研， 要知道保研的流程。下面是我分享的保研流程，希望对你有所帮助。

1、寒假——准备期

距离2022年仅剩8天时间啦~在其他人开开心心过寒假的时候，各位2022保研er们还在为了保研做着最后的准备。说是最后的准备，但其实不到保研结束的一刻努力就不会停止。之所以这么说是因为这个寒假意味着参加夏令营需要的前五学期成绩已经尘埃落定，剩下的就是完善竞赛科研之类的附加项了。这个寒假是完善自己的好机会，千万不要错过了，没有竞赛的赶紧再抓住美赛参加一波，没有科研的抓紧时间参加课题、撰写论文，还可以提早了解一下夏令营投递院校的信息。像北大、清华之类的top高校已经开始举办冬令营了，如果有兴趣要及时关注相关院校官网或各大保研公众号的通知。

2、3~4月——预备期

如果没有疫情等突*况，这时候已经开学了。这段时间要做好的事情有：文书准备、复习专业课、英语口语、关注时事热点。

（1）文书准备

①简历和个人陈述

这两样都要准备，几乎所有高校在填报名系统时都会要求填写个人陈述，而部分高校会要求提交 个人简历 。个人陈述要准备200字、600字和1500字三个版本，填写时再视不同高校的具体要求进行增减。

②成绩单

夏令营需要前五学期（四年制）或前七学期（五年制）的成绩单，预推免需要前六学期链芦（三年制）或前八学期（五年制）的成绩单。成绩单一般提交电子版扫描件，不过可以多打印几份以备有些院校会有邮寄原件的要求。

③由本科院系或教务部门开具的排名证明

④副教授及以上职称教师开具的 推荐信

⑤英语水平证明材料（四级、六级、 托福 、GRE或 雅思 成绩单等）

⑥其他证明材料（学术论文首页复印件或扫描件，获奖证书复印件或扫描件等）

⑦证件照

⑧ 身份证 、学生证扫描件

⑨论文等科研成果

⑩中英文自我介绍

准备1分钟和3分钟两个版棚做带本。

（2）复习专业课

专业课复习注重广度而非精度，结合相关院校夏令营面试笔试真题复习效果更好。

（3）英语口语

口语准备参考雅思口语话题，可以每天练一篇，尝试说个3分钟左右。还可以找一个小伙伴一起练习。

（4）时事热点

多关注一些时事新闻，看一看 人民日报 、新华社的评论。经管类的同学还可以关注虎嗅、 36氪 的公众号以及新浪财经等财经类APP看一些经管类的热点事件。

3、5月——爆发期

5月是各大高校开始集中发布夏令营通知的时候，这时候就要开始每天一刷各大保研公众号的推送，记下自己想投递院校的信息然后投递简历。同时也不要落下准备专业课和英语。

4、6~7月——夏令营

这时候一边会有一些发布通知比较早的院校已经开始了夏令营笔面试，一边会有新的夏令营通知发布。关于自己是否入营，一些院校会通过邮件或*的方式进行通知，也有一些院校只会在官网上公布入营名单。建议做一个像这样的 Excel表格 ，到公布入营名单日期后如果还没有接到通知可以去官网查看有无入营名单。

夏令营之前都是线下营，需要各位考生前往对应高校参加，一般会报销食宿。但去年和今年受疫情影响，大部分高校都改成了线上面试。这对大家也是一个机会，一方面线上可参加的面试更多；另一方面线上往往没有笔试，准备起来也比较容易。

夏令营一般会有一些参观校园、学术讲座之类的活动，胡雹考核方式也五花八门：有面试、笔试、论文答辩、 无领导小组讨论 、限时写作案例报告等，比较考察大家的综合素质。因此，在参营之前（尤其是 理工科 ）可以联系下导师，如果老师表示出对你的兴趣会大大提高你通过的概率嗷。

5、 8~9月——预推免

这时候夏令营已经取得满意offer的保研er们就可以躺平了，而没有获得满意offer的保研er还有一次机会。预推免的报名流程和夏令营一样，都是投递简历等待面试通知。不同的是预推免的考核时间比夏令营会更短，一般不再有参观、讲座之类的活动，而是直接进行考试。有一些线下预推免不但不报销食宿，还需要缴纳100元左右不等的面试费用。预推免的名额可能相比夏令营会少一些，因为在夏令营时可能招生招的已经差不多了，所以各位保研er们还是要珍惜夏令营的机会呀。

6、9月28日

这是推免国家系统开放的日子，也是保研人朋友圈过年的一天。到了九二八，大家都会晒出自己的 拟录取 通知，这意味着长达三年的保研之旅圆满收官。那一天一定会很激动吧，为了不给自己留遗憾，为了能在九二八那天晒出让自己满意的offer，请从现在开始努力吧！

思路和加分词汇您可以参考别人的，但是一定要加进自己的句子，内容简单些也没关系，口语即使7分也主要不是听难度，而是伏世充实和自然。

雅思自学到6.5分是完全可以的，况且6.5分并不是很高的分数，只要你夯实基础，接下来多刷题多总结，自学到雅思6.5分是完全没有问题的。

自学雅思是一个累积的过程，从单词到句子，从句子到语法都是一样的道理。那么自学考雅思要怎么准备呢？

首先，得选一些适合自己的雅思备考资料，对此，以下书籍资料可供参考：

雅思自学资料：

1、《剑桥雅思真题》

这套书是雅思官方出的真题，可以说是烤鸭们的必备复习资料。但大家千万不要随随便便做一下就扔到一边了，而是要反复推敲，建议大家一定要深究答案是怎么来的，细悟出题者的出题思路是什么。

2.《雅思OG》

OG就是official Guide，这本OG和剑桥雅思真题都是雅思官方出的，所以重要性还是蛮大的，这本书主要是介绍雅思考试的题型、评分标准等等，这本书后面有8套真题，如果你觉得剑桥雅思的真题不够用，这本上面的题可以作为一个补充，如果你雅思真题还做不完，这本书不看也罢。

3.《九分达人》

除了真题意外，如果有时间的话，九分达人这本书适合零基础着备考阅读和听力。

4.《十天突破雅思口语》、《十天突破写作》

对于国内考生来说，很难突破的就是口语和写作了，通过这两本书，我们可以熟知一些词汇句型，和范文结构思路。

有了这些雅思学习资料，我们都知道，作为英语考试，最基本的就是我们的词汇了！

雅思词汇提升：

要考一个好的分数，扎实的基础是根本，技巧只是一个辅助。同样：雅思的词汇首先应掌握基础词汇，即出现频率最高最常用的词，包括四六级词，还有就是雅思专门的场景词汇。所以雅思词汇的提升就是我们考雅成绩的基础

除此之外，接下来我们再分别从听说读写洗个部分来看下，自学雅思怎么学？

雅思听说读写四部分备考：

雅思听力：

一般来说，雅思听力的难度是分级别的，从 Section1 到 Section4, 难度逐级禅袭上升。Section 1 是保分， Section 2 & 3 是争分，Section 4 则是挑战。

B、快速阅读

接下来是快速阅读习惯的培养，大家都清楚雅思阅读篇幅很长，要精读弄懂每个句子在考场上那么紧张的情况下是不允许的，那需要大家培养出SCANNING (跳读,寻读)SKIMMING (浏览,略读)和SCANNING (跳读,寻贺判兄读)的能力，有一些特殊词一定要做标记，数字，时间，地点，专有名词，大写字母,人名， 斜体字等，圈一圈什么的。

C、语法突破

还有就是语法突破，不是说特意去看语法书，就是做完阅读的时候还是要去精读文章，遇到文章当中的长难句去试着翻译，分析句子结构，我觉得翻译是个不错的方法，自己翻译完再对比去看译文，可以看下自己的理解有没有出现偏差。

D、强化技巧

在平时备考过程中，一定多练，总结出自己的阅读技巧，毕竟别人的不一定适合你。

雅思写作、雅思口语：

对于雅思小作文来说，我们可以参考模板，然后去积累句式，看范文，自己写，对比范文找差距；大作文积累常考话题的词汇，熟悉结构，锤炼语言，还必须自己动笔写，写完了也是对比原文找差距，我也找了那种培训机构的老师付费改了几篇作文，还有一个比较笨的办法就是多读多背。

以上就是自学雅思计划，从备考资料到词汇提升，再从听说读写四部分逐一突破，最后刷真题，研究方法和冲携技巧，相信即使你是零基础雅思学习者，同样也能考出理想的雅思分数！

首先是你的毕业证和学士学位证，这是最基本的条件，当然必须是211和985的学校。
第二，你大学四年的成绩，平均分最好在85分以上申请的可能性饥猜亩才会更大！
第三，你平得奖的情况，反正能证明你能力和优秀的东西都统统提交出来，作为补充。
第烂森四，雅思硬行要求7分或更高，最好7.5分，研究生要求是7.5。
另外就是教授的推荐信，中英文的，一定要是权威的教授写的更有说服力。
总之申请国大的学生都是相当优秀的，以上条件只是你必须要具备的，其他的综合的来看，你可以自己DIY，也可以找中介，找中介的好处就兆毕是渠道相对畅通，材料美化这方面有技术性。
