对于雅思写作和口语考官的招聘和培训按照既定标准进行，确保评分人员了解雅思评分相关政策，而且切实做到按照评分标准给听力和阅读考卷评分。在每个考试中心，会进行系统化的监测，并对一定比例的答题纸实施双重阅卷。除了会持续监测考官的表现之外，还会每隔一年测评考官，以确保按照标准评分。

所有考试成绩记录在大唤成绩单上，包括一个总分，及听力、阅读、写作和口语四个单项分，考生的考试成绩采用1-9分的评分制来测评，四个项目独立记分，总分即是四个部分所得分数经过平均后四舍五入的成绩。总分和四个单项分均允许半分。

听力：
如果听力不好，一定做一遍北语出的听力黑眼睛（做燃锋局完这个保证6分的）
王陆那个听力词汇807背一背也有效果
听力机经可以网上下，也是背单词用，不推荐背答案
另外新东方的听力胜经（红色不是蓝色那版），提高用的，比雅思真题难5个左右
（听力个人觉得真题就够了，上面这几个我都*了，最后也没做完）
阅读：
阅读个人也觉得真题够，推荐9分达人真题阅读还原那个，我只*过1，听说出2了
雅思阅读真经我做过1-3，现在出到5，题一般，文章很值得一看
口语和写作：
基础基闭就是十天突破，看好了能保证6分
写作推荐顾家北那个套路剖析，我7分就是靠这本书了，非常有用
口语推荐12周皮让攻克雅思口语，里面话题归类挺好的，另外就是网上的题库搜集
