开好敬头先确定“喜欢公寓”，或者是“喜欢别墅，先选定一条。这里我们选公寓先。
之后开始描述为什么你喜欢公寓。
比如说住公寓的话方便你认识新朋友，左邻右舍都是邻居，相近之间可以串门儿一起玩游戏什么的，就像生活大爆炸里的生活一样，很紧密。而别墅虽然空间更大，更私密，更独立一些，但是难免会跟邻里之间的关系无法那么密切。
此外呢，公寓的地理位置一般会比别搭让墅要更靠近市中心，对于自己的上班啦，出行什么的都会方便一些。我这个人比较喜欢睡懒觉，住公寓离市中心近的话，自己上学上班友枝慎都会近一些可以多睡半小时，这样人的心情都会好一些。
最后呢，是最重要的，就是如果你住在公寓里，租金/售价肯定是比你住在别墅里要低的，那便宜这么多钱可以出去旅游啦，可以吃好吃的啦，也可以交朋友泡妞什么的。
当然了，我说了这么多，并不是说住在别墅里不好，只不过相对而言，自己会更加喜欢住在公寓的生活。
