5.5-6分，因为你说的是初中学的单词和句型，句型差不多口语表达够用，可单词就简单了点，但如果你的表达流利地道，让考官认为你交流沟通没有问题，能够传达自己的观点，并且能够和考官恰当的呼应，赶上考官不是很苛刻的话，会给你5分以上的。
复杂句就没有必要了，最复杂的用一些简短的从句，像宾从，状从，定从什么的，其他的就显得过于书面化了。
如果想以初中的词汇水平，得到5分以上，我觉得首先要有英语的交流思维，不能生硬，要想办法把你不会的单词用简单的方式来转换，这样就不会造成太大的影响。还有发音很重要，有的留学生英语水平并不高，但说英语越来越像英语，就是要有自信，把音发到位，别小看简单的单词。尤其像字母[l][3][r]……，好的发音会让考官眼前一亮，耳目一新的。
但我还是建议你更新一下自己的单词库，把你使用烂了的初中词汇换个更地道或者更有范儿的词来表达，这样也会让考官认为你与众不同的。
