那本书虽然说是80天攻克，可是光盘里只有前二十天的朗诵资料。我有光盘，可是我真是觉得你没必要用那个。因为它那个就是提供你跟读用的，还不如找大学里发的英语课本跟着读啊。而且如果你想练好雅思口语的话我强烈建议你*哪本《十天攻克雅思口语》，那本更好用，我就是走了弯路，最后就只有一个月时间看那本书了，最后还是拿到了5。5分，考前看下预测照着书学一下，应该没有什么大问题。

怎样提高雅思作文和口语

写作的话，肯定要多谢。但是最好是要老师指导，至少是自己写完后，让老师批改，这样应该会有较大的提高。一定要经常写，小作文的话要保证每个题型至少练过2-3篇，大作文也要多练。平时多积累句型词组，会提高一些。另外高分范文也要看。

口语的话，.在考前为自己量身订制一个较合理的学习计划,可以事半功倍的哟.

1. 每周三个小时跟读练习,纠正自己的发音.可以隔天一次,每次一小时,也可以每天半小时,天天练习.

2. 每周三篇短文翻译. 中英互译的方法学习口语. 看着中文翻译英文, 或者读一篇较简单的文章(以读起来没有生词为准)然后用自己的语言复述故事情节.

3. 每周三个话题卡.二,三部分结合在一起准备.可以参考样板,但一定要结合自己的经历,有自己的故事,这样才能脱颖而出.

4. 每周一次模考.可找同学,也可以找老师,当然也可以用口语书中的MP3录音进行模卡,体验一下卡时间说英语的感觉.

一周一周坚持下来,你一定会惊讶地发现自己的英语说得真得与原来不一样了.
