Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. 范文解析：
The chart shows the time spent by UK residents on different types of telephone calls between 1995 and 2002.
范文开篇的写法是常见的“题目改写”。充分进行了顺序调整和转化，很简单也很实用。

Local fixed line calls were the highest throughout the period, rising from 72 billion minutes in 1995 to just under 90 billion in 1998. After peaking at 90 billion the following year, these calls had fallen back to the 1995 figure by 2002.
必句用了v-ing形式作伴随状语，很好地展现了总体上升（rising）趋势。peaking at 90 billion是一个拐点，之后下降（fallen）。在这些表趋势的词语前面还可以加一下表幅度的副词作为修饰，如showed dramatic / minimal changes呈现了大幅度或者小幅度的变化，或者remained / almost unchanged几乎计划持不变。
这里的the following year指的是1999年，用得特比好，相比After peaking at 90 billion in 1999要有意思得多。
