范文

Having a great study partner or a colleague at a workplace is quite advantageous and this is why most of the people have their own preference while choosing associates in academic or professional life. As I have already finished my graduation and looking forward to having a job soon, I would like to have a great colleague or co-worker and this person would be my cousin Smith.

Smith is 4-year senior to me and works for a software company as a project manager. I revere him as a great person, mentor and a creative software engineer, I would like to work with him and learn from him.

I know Smith from my early childhood. He was always bright, best scorer in school and a great companion to us. He never neglected us as juniors and had always been describing rules of a new game or sports very passionately. I like him because he always treated me well. He was full of ideas and his innovative concepts were thrilling as well as mysterious to us. From our childhood, he was an icon for us to follow.

Why would I want to work with him? Well, this is because I like him as a person and want to have a mentor like him at the beginning of my career. He excelled in programming during his university days and did exceptionally well in his professional life. Having him as a work partner would help me immensely.
