1. 词汇语法这么来
1). 变性！对！变词性！
有调查指出，中国学生在作文中常出现的词性为动词，因为我们脑中时刻紧记着以前语文老师要求的只有用动词才能写出生动的文章，才能体现我们的博览群书。然而英语中却不尽然。通过对大多范文的分析，不难发现，除了动词词组的运用，各种的名词的使用更得考官的青睐，更能体现外国人的文风。拿小作文的发展趋势做例子，大家都知道增加、降低等动词的表达，如increase steadily, decrease sharply等，但转换一种方式用名词的形式表达，就更显得多样了,如experience a steady increase, undergo a sharp decrease。而如"surface"一词，学生经常只会用它的名词用法“......的表面”，却从来不用它的动词形式。如果你留心原版杂志和阅读材料,它的动词用法无处不在。例如"The fact of his plan surfaced"这里的"surface"就相当于 "appear"。所以不管什么词性，只要用了不能的表达方法，其结果都是不同的。当然是指正确的表达方法。
2). 变种！对！变另一个词！
在写作中，如果一个相同的词在250字的文中出现了不下三次，那么作为学生自己，也会觉得自己的文章没有可看性，更别提考官，可见此学生语言功底一般，又怎么拿得到。而如果一篇文章，关于同个词却有三四中表达方法，无疑给这篇文章加分不少。其实同义词也是展现一个学生英语水平的一个媒介。中国学生常用的形容词就是good, 不管是修饰什么名词，用上再说，殊不知这已经给这篇文章打了个相对低的起评分，所以如何来表达不同的“好”呢?我们就可以用excellent, marvellous, gorgeous, splendid, wonderful等。再如不要一想到“越来越多”就用 “more and more” 尝试用 “an increasing number” 这样不同的词来表达，势必会给平淡的文章增添亮点。
3). 变形！对！变个句型！
用丰富多彩的句型，也是雅思写作能得的标准之一。例如有这样一个句型："If we don't recognize
the..."我们是否可以替换为："Failure to recognize..."，再如 “sth. happened in 1998.” 我们也可以替换为 “1998 saw sth happening.” 这样显得更加的地道。此处还推荐学生能用不同的从句写出漂亮的句子，为文章加分。当然，这并不是意味着整篇文章都是复合句或并列句，如果能很好的做到长短句结合，使文章通顺连贯，也是能得到考官喜欢的。

I found there was a bat nest in my balcony recently, and one night I happened to see they flew across the patio under our apartment and hover in the sky. I was shocked, because it was dark outside but they knew exactly where to go without mistakes. Moreover, they went out only at night.

I thought bats are interesting not because they can fly in the dark since I know they are nocturnal animals. I always think the ability which aids bats fly and prey capture is their unusual eye-sight, like another nocturnal animal, owls. But the truth is because of their echolocation. Bat echolocation is a perceptual system where ultrasonic sounds are emitted specifically to produce echoes. By comparing the outgoing pulse with the returning echoes the brain and auditory nervous system can produce detailed images of the bat's surroundings. This allows bats to detect, localize and even classify their prey in complete darkness.

很多考生会集中精力去思考如何Describe，所以在人物题迟或中会试着用很多语言去描述外貌特征，如大大的眼睛，长长的睫毛，粉粉的脸颊，厚厚的嘴唇。且不论该考生是否都能将这些中文描述对应的恰当英文找到，除非是口语基础相当不错的考生，不然挑这些内容去讲无疑是搬起石头砸自己的脚。人物题还算是比较容易描述的了，那碰到物品题描述一个家用电器怎么办，如何去Describe?以a washing machine为例，我们能想到的内容可能是颜色，Its color is white. 大小，It’s one meter high. 别的似乎没什么可讲的了。这个时候就可以增加议论或评价。

对于颜色，可以添加的内容是The reason why I chose this color is that it matches well with my bathroom and besides, white has always been my favorite color. It’s clean. You know. 而对于大小，也可评价一番It is actually the *allest size at that time. I put it in the corner, and it takes only a little space.

由此可见，评价性的语言通常比描述更为具体，可以看作是对前一句的补充说明或者是例证拓展。这种对于每一点信息都要给出议论的习惯一定要养成，可以使我们的说话内容顿时翻倍。

2.变抽象为具体

很多考生觉得口语话题难，就是因为没话说，特别是看似较为抽象的话题，如Describe a success。总觉得success肯定是较为光鲜的事迹，对照自己似乎找不到素材。其实如果把success具体化，看作是successfully did sth，构思就会容易许多。可以讲成功地网上交友、购物，与网络话题结合，可以讲成功地交到一个知心益友，与朋友话题相结渣蠢合。

又如part 3中的一些抽象问题，如How has technology changed people’s life? 如果单单从较高层面总的去概括科技如何改变生活会觉得语言内容上频频受限，而换个角度，如果把change具体化，举自己的家庭为例，讲起来就顺口多了。Well, technology did change our life a lot. Take my family as an example, ten years ago, we used electric fan in hot summer but now the air-conditioning brings us more comfort.

3.扭转乾坤，话题巧转移

短短的十几分钟时间内，讲自己有准备的话题内容肯定比临场发挥好，至少在语言质量上能略胜一筹。再次强调，口语考试重形式而非内容，只要能巧妙自然地将拿到的话题转到自己觉得熟悉的内容上来，必定会有更好的效果。

如A piece of good law，这个难倒了众多考生的杀手题触及到我们较为不熟悉的领域——法律。而转身一想，法律其实是无所不在的，建议考生可以将其转移为环境问题，所以可以去讲“限塑令(The new standard of plastic bags)的制定和执行;亦可转换成工作问题，讲“劳工法”(The Labor Law)。
