本人雅思8，哥大余拦商学院。其实要说压分这个事儿，那就不得不说口语评分标准，雅思官方公开的评分标准里只有一些宏观描述，包括方向性指导意义，无法用来精确计算口语得分！然而，所有的雅思老师，都是在自己的考试发挥和学生描述的考试发挥这两个关系之间摸索口语评分的。考试状态的不同，话题的不同，第三方描述的可信度不同，都极大影响评分的预测。你要问当雅思考官有什么好处，那答案有很多：衣食无忧的工资福利，周游各地的五星空厅便利等等；可你要问当雅思考官的糟心事儿，十有八九是一样东西：考官从业资格定检。简单说，就是每隔一段时间对考官进行业务能力检查。由不同区域（或国家）拥有检查资质的考官（教官竖亏胡）互相进行随机抽检。每次抽不同时段的考生，听录音进行打分。如果有任何一个抽到的考生新分数和原分数不同，或者考试流程不符合规定（缺时、超时、问候语/转折语/提问方式不规范等等），都会触发一系列后续机制。包括：重新培训、降低考量、立即停职、立即解职（全球禁考）。就是为了确保考官是按照 band descriptor 上的详细要求来打分的。考官不是靠主观猜测打分，他们是按照一个详细的得分/失分列表。因为不客观不行。主观了的话第二次重新打分肯定会有分差的。有了分差后果很严重。而且，因为中国考量大的原因，为了更早发现不合格考官，减少负面影响，在中国的考官每6个月就要接受一次定检。在其它国家，这个期限是12个月。考官们的内心都是崩溃的。再客观去打分也有走神听漏的时候……于是考官因为定检被查出有分差然后被惩戒是很平常的事。根据实际的定检结果统计，80%的分差是考官打高了，而不是打低了。这跟大众的普遍认知正好相反。关于考官压分能力把控，首先，考口语的时候，考官拿到的打分表上只有考生ID和姓名，没有别的信息。因此，他们并不知道考生是什么来历，无法针对某种类型的考生进行预判，也就不能实现区别对待的事件。其次，机构刷分老师和多次刷分的考生的确会上黑名单，叫可疑考生。这个信息在考试的主考那里。假设主考事先把这个信息告诉了考官，那么，考官最合理的应对就是：严格执法。至于可疑考生？那就认真按照打分标准来。于是这样可能就会适得其反，越来越低。在写作阅卷时，阅卷考官必然不是考生的口语考官，这是分卷系统强制的。也就是说，写作的阅卷考官并不知道考生口语分，也不知道考生听力和阅读分（听力和阅读是中国员工另外批改的）。所以，考官无法根据考生其它几个模块的分数来给写作压分。复议为什么有时候会提分？第一，人是会犯错的，考官也不例外。因此，雅思才设有复议机制来提高考试成绩准确性。第二，大众只听到XX说复议之后提了多少多少分，而不知道其实80%的复议结果都是考官打分打高了，只不过雅思规定复议分数低了不会降分而已。第三，复议之后成绩提高了，跟原始成绩被压分了，这个推断没有逻辑关系。只能说明，考官犯错了。考官不认识考生，考官没那个心思和动力去压考生分。所以有几个提分小贴士：
1、因为国内的文章大多千篇一律，外国人看多了无感。所以尽量不要背模板。
2、口语和写作本来就比较难，又是主观评分，所以分数比较低也是相对正常的。大陆给分数普遍比较高的城市是昆明、南宁、*、兰州和福州（可以去试试）。
3、如果你的分数出来分别是7 7 5 6这种，单科相差较多的话，复议有戏，可以着手了！
4、不要以为说了很多，概括的很全面，时间也够了，最后成绩出来还是5分就是被压分了，其实不然，大家更应该从“词汇、语法、发音、流利度”去反思，真的做到面面俱到了吗？
